Five cadets from the 3 Raj Girls NCC Battalion of the College actively participated in the Rashtriya Pulse Polio Campaign in December 2024.
Working alongside teams from the Health Department, the cadets visited various parts of Jodhpur city, administering polio drops to children under the age of five. Continuing their efforts, the cadets will conduct a door-to-door campaign on December 9 and 10, 2024, to ensure the successful completion of this important health initiative.

A two-day workshop on Unnat Bharat Abhiyan was organized by IIT Jodhpur, focusing on the implementation of the initiative, project creation, and execution strategies.
The discussions also covered how to organize village assemblies and children's meetings, as well as other rural development issues.
The event saw participation from UNICEF Rajasthan's team, including Sommen Ji, Shafqat Hussain Ji, Manjari Pant Ma'am, Krishna Ji, Kaushik Ji, Prof. Anand and others. Special appreciation was given to Dr. Vivek Vijay, Regional Coordinator, along with Nirmal Ji Alok Ji, and the entire IIT Jodhpur team, who shared their experiences and data.

An insightful session on "Cyber Security: Protecting Digital Assets in a Connected World" was organized for the students of the Computer Science Department. The session was led by Raj Verma, a renowned Cyber Security Expert from Aavas Finance, who provided in-depth knowledge on safeguarding digital assets in an increasingly connected and vulnerable digital landscape.
The session covered critical aspects of cyber security, including threat detection, data protection, and strategies to prevent cyberattacks. The students actively participated and engaged with the expert through discussions and queries.

A two-day training program on "Quality Gram Panchayat Development Plan (GPDP)" for UBA institutions was recently held at Indira Gandhi Panchayati Raj & Gramin Vikas Sansthan. The training aimed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills required to facilitate the development of high-quality GPDPs in their respective institutions.
Representing our institution, Ms. Apoorva Sharma (UBA Coordinator) and Dr. Lalit Rankawat actively participated in the sessions. The program provided valuable insights into effective planning and implementation strategies, further strengthening the institution's role in fostering rural development and community engagement through the GPDP framework.
Shri Abhimanyu Krishna (Training and Placement Associate ) interacted with the final year students of B.Com., BBA, and BCA to discuss upcoming placement opportunities with GENPACT and TCS.
During the session, Shri Krishna provided an in-depth overview of the recruitment processes for both companies, including eligibility criteria, required skill sets, and the application procedures.

22 cadets from College’s 3 Raj Girls NCC wing participated in an exhilarating Parasailing activity at the Airstrip near Guda Bishnoi village.
The event was organized to foster courage and confidence among the cadets while providing them with practical exposure to adventurous sports.
Dr. Rajesh Choudhary accompanied the cadets during the activity, ensuring their safety and offering guidance throughout the event.

The Women Empowerment Cell (WEC) of the College in the collaboration with the Kalika Patrolling Unit, organized an awareness session for female students.
The session addressed critical topics including the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act 2013, self-defense techniques, and essential steps to take during emergencies.
The Kalika Patrolling Unit team also introduced the Rajkosh Citizen App and shared the 1090 helpline number, with the aim of enhancing safety measures and spreading vital awareness among the participants.
The students of the Computer Science Department visited DoITC iStart Nest Incubation Centre on 10th January,2025. The purpose of the visit was to gain practical insights into the process of starting and managing a startup, which proved to be highly beneficial for our students.
During the visit, the students were introduced to the essential steps involved in launching a startup, including ideation, market research, funding options, and scaling operations. The session also highlighted key challenges faced by entrepreneurs and strategies for overcoming them.
We are grateful to DoITC iStart Nest Incubation Centre for their valuable guidance and support, which has significantly enriched the students' understanding of the entrepreneurial landscape. This experience has inspired many of our students to explore startup opportunities in the future.
